Praises, travel mercies:
It's really all pretty much travel mercies and praises this time.
Cathy Clement is down in Fairhope, Alabama, visiting her daughter Veronica. No particular reason except motherhood and the weather is better. Safe return tomorrow.
Rhonda Pierce -- praise: last December, her dad had been told bypass surgery would be needed, and tests in January would be definitive. Tests just had, and doctors have decided to wait a few months. Surgery may not be needed after all.
Larry Springer said there have been some encouraging signs in his wife Nora's interactions with him -- remember, we are praying for the Holy Spirit and God's hand to bring a cure; human doctors have not been able to help. Praise for any positive signs in her mental state, and prayers for it to continue.
Visitor to our class today: Josh Wiggins, friend of the Clements. Came with John to early service, stayed for Sunday School. Welcome, and hope he comes back.
Praises and travel mercies: Jay of the Clements (John's son) is coming up for a visit next week. Hope to bring him to church as well.
